Welcome to the Skin & Steel of Arizona Motorcycle & Tattoo Show. Arizona’s premier Tattoo and Motorcycle Show. This event is held annually on the 3rd Saturday of January at the American Legion Post 2 located at 2125 S Industrial Park Avenue in Tempe, Arizona, 85282, Maricopa County and hosted by the American Legion Riders.

 

Skin and Steel AZ boasts a motorcycle contest, tattoo contest, live music, alcohol, baked goods, $5 lunch special, raffles, awards and vendors for your entertainment.


This event has an average annual attendance of 1,000 people and will be heavily promoted via print, internet and radio giving vendors the perfect opportunity to put their product or service in front of a huge number of potential customers. Each year becomes bigger and more successful.


Our Bike Show will showcase a group of amazing bikes from around the State of Arizona and awards will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Winners must be present.


Our Tattoo Show will showcase the best art from around Arizona and other states. Awards will be presented at 3:45 p.m. Winners must be present.


Vendors need to be aware that there is limited retail space. If your trailer is not used for retail sales, it will not be eligible to utilize a space. Vendor parking is provided across the street from The American Legion. No vendors will be able to park vehicles in vendor area. If you have a trailer you are using, please unload it in your designated space(s) and move your vehicle across the street.


Check-in time will be from 7:00 A.M. until 9 A.M. All check-in times must be pre-approved by the Vendor Coordinator and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis as payment is received.


Booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis as payment is received.

  • Each space is 10’ x 17’. Prices are $50.00 for initial space. Additional spaces may be purchased in the amount of $40.00 per space.

  • Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs as they will not be provided together with any other materials required such as tarps, mats, etc. which need to be placed under all vendor spaces inside the hall to protect the carpeting.

  • Electrical access is not available outside. You must provide your own generator if electricity is needed.

  • Electricity is available inside the hall for tattoo artists and a patch sewer only.

  • Each space is allowed 2-3 vending people.

  • Each vendor is required to arrive promptly during the check-in time. Late arrivals may be turned away.

  • Vendor load-out time will not be allowed before 4:00 p.m. at the end of the show.

  • Confirmation of your check-in time will be made approximately two weeks prior to the show by telephone/email.

  • No rain date. Come rain or shine the Show will go on. Outdoor vendors bring protection.

Vendors are required to donate one item to the raffle table (e.g. Merchandise, Gift Certificate or a Percentage Off Sale) day of the show to bring people to your business after or during the event.

All Sponsorship Vendors receive a framed Certificate of Appreciation from the American Legion Riders Post 2 for your sponsorship of our 501c19 charity event. Also, you must email a file of your logo to Kaleen at Kaleenmcelyea@gmail.com by October 30th for flyer, advertising, etc.
